About PRS Legislative Research
• Indian non-profit founded in 2005 to strengthen parliamentary democracy through transparent and informed lawmaking.
• Based in New Delhi, operates via research and outreach teams supporting MPs and citizen engagement.
Internship Details
• Offline research internship (August 2025) at PRS office in Delhi.
• Flexible duration: typically 4–8 weeks.
• Unpaid (no stipend or accommodation provided).
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist analysts in legislative and policy research relevant to parliamentary business.
• Complete an individual research project under guidance.
• During parliamentary sessions: work on live issues; non-session: focus on personal research interests aligned with PRS.
Expectations from Interns
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Deep interest in Parliament and legislative processes.
