About the Job

DMart is hiring Junior Manager – Compliance (Job ID: 91400) to handle statutory compliance and liaisoning for its retail operations. The role ensures adherence to labor, social security, and taxation regulations across store locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory registrations and liaison with authorities for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, MLWF, Contract Labour Act, etc.
• Identify applicable statutory rules/regulations and ensure adherence.
• Calculate and prepare error-free PF/ESIC/PT challans/returns in standard formats; handle timely bank remittances.
• Process employee PF collections, transfers, withdrawals; verify forms and maintain databases.
• Handle employee queries, prepare/submit all returns, conduct monthly store audits for statutory registers/records/display requirements.
• Resolve 100% audit queries timely per statutory mandates (based on N+1 audit reports).
