The Kerala High Court has unveiled an online complaint management system called SheBoX to enable women staff members to conveniently report sexual harassment incidents at the workplace. The portal’s launch coincided with Kerala Piravi Dinam (Kerala Day) and the High Court’s 70th Establishment Day. Developed entirely by women from the High Court’s IT Directorate, SheBoX is designed to facilitate a secure digital channel for filing and managing complaints.

Chief Justice Nitin Jamdar led the launch of several IT initiatives, with Justice A Muhamed Mustaque, Chairman of the Computerisation Committee, delivering the felicitation address during the event. The platform aims to enhance workplace safety and empower women staff within the judiciary to report and address issues effectively.
