About the Job

The Supreme Court invites online applications for ~90 Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates on short-term contractual assignment for 2026-2027. Selected candidates will assist judges with legal research, case analysis, and drafting under the amended 2024 Scheme.

Eligibility

  • Law Graduate (LLB or integrated degree) from BCI-recognized institution before assignment start.
  • Final-year students (5th year of 5-year course or 3rd year of 3-year LLB) eligible if degree acquired before joining.
  • Strong research, analytical, writing skills; proficiency in computer research tools (e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw).
  • Age: 20-32 years as on 07.02.2026.
