About the Job
iFuel Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate to manage its end-to-end legal, compliance, and documentation functions. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, external authorities, and legal professionals.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, handle legal notices and vendor agreements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of government regulations and legal amendments.
• Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and authorities; support dispute handling and litigation.
• Prepare legal opinions, briefs, advisory notes, and case summaries.
• Manage IP-related work (trademarks, copyright), RTI replies, arbitration responses, and risk reduction in internal policies.
• Represent the company in legal discussions/hearings and keep management updated on legal risks and progress.

Duration, Salary & Location

• Probation Period: 3 months.
• Salary: ₹22,000 per month.
• Location: Borjhar, Guwahati, Assam.
