About the Opportunity
Pee Safe is looking to onboard a Legal Associate and a Legal Intern for its in-house legal team. The roles involve core corporate and compliance work in a fast-growing consumer brand.
Role
- Contract drafting and vetting.
- MCA compliances and corporate governance.
- IP filings, board and shareholder documentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
Ideal Profile
- Semi-qualified Company Secretary with a Law degree.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on working style.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Location, Work Mode & Days
- Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 3, Gurugram.
- Work Mode: Work from office.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
