About the Job
Purplle invites applications for a 3‑month Legal & Compliance Intern role based in Mumbai (Vikhroli). The internship focuses on compliance processes, legal documentation, and contract lifecycle management with potential for extension based on performance.
Eligibility
- Law students currently in 2nd to 4th year of a 5‑year law course or equivalent.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Legal research and documentation skills with good communication/coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, data management, reporting).
- Familiarity with license management, compliance trackers, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Duration & Location
- Duration: 3 months (extension based on performance).
- Location: Mumbai – Vikhroli.
