About the Internship
Avendus seeks a Legal Intern (preferably 4th-year law student) to join their Corporate Legal Team for a 6-month engagement. The role provides hands-on support to business teams through commercial contracts and corporate legal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs, Engagement Letters, and Service Agreements
- Support corporate legal matters and internal legal projects
- Assist central legal team with legal research and documentation
Requirements
- 4th-year law student pursuing LL.B.
- Prior internship experience with law firm or in-house legal team
- Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills
