About the Internship
The Legal Intern role offers hands-on experience working on real-world legal matters within a fast-growing EdTech company. Interns contribute to core legal operations and business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Assist with intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks.
- Support day-to-day legal operations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with LLB, BA.LLB, or equivalent law degree.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently; understanding of corporate, IP, and contract law preferred.
- Passion for EdTech and fast-paced startup environments.
Duration & Location
- Duration: 3 months.
- Location: Bangalore.
