About the Internship
Selected interns will assist in the legal documentation process for new sites, including reviewing and finalizing leases and leave and license agreements. Responsibilities also include due diligence coordination, legal research, case law analysis, and supporting the legal team with drafting, comments on drafts, and responses from counterparties. Interns will progressively develop skills in preparing issue lists and transactional and compliance documentation.

Eligibility
- Final-year students of an LL.B. or integrated law program
- Law graduates holding an LL.B. degree
- Strong interest and abilities in corporate, commercial, and real estate law
- Proficient in legal drafting, research, and analysis
