About the Internship

Clause Cracker, a platform dedicated to simplifying legal language and contract literacy through expert-led training, is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to assist in the preparation and management of a high-stakes civil suit.

This role offers a rare and valuable opportunity to work directly on a real civil litigation case, contributing to tasks such as drafting plaints, researching case laws, and managing court filings. While Hyderabad-based candidates are preferred for logistical convenience, outstanding remote applicants will also be considered.


Key Responsibilities

✍️ Drafting legal documents: plaints, written statements, affidavits, and related applications
πŸ” Conducting deep legal research using tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, and Indian Kanoon
πŸ“ Organizing case files, managing timelines, and ensuring procedural compliance
πŸ“ Reviewing legal drafts for accuracy, clarity, and procedural correctness
πŸ“… Assisting with court scheduling and administrative coordination for the suit
πŸ› οΈ Proactively resolving challenges in case preparation with strategic research and consultation


What You’ll Gain

🧠 Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, and civil litigation drafting
🧾 Prior experience in civil suit filing or drafting is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Stipend
