About the Role
This proactive Legal Intern role supports the in-house legal and contracting team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. Focus areas include commercial contracts, technology/SaaS agreements, and regulatory/compliance frameworks. Duration: 6 months, extendable up to 12 months at company discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documents, agreements, and commercial contracts
• Analyze vendor papers, customer agreements, and standard terms
• Assist with SOWs, Order Forms, MSAs, NDAs, and related documents
• Conduct research on contract terms, risk assessment, and compliance
• Provide redlines and changes for SaaS terms, liability, data privacy, and termination clauses
• Maintain legal documentation, templates, and contract repository

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing law degree: 4th/final year of 5-year program or 2nd/final year of 3-year LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines with attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Preferred: Exposure to drafting/interpreting contracts, especially SaaS/technology/IT services
