About the Internship
CoinDCX is hiring a full-time legal intern to join their litigation team in Bangalore.
Eligibility
- Must be in the 5th year of law school or a recent graduate from a top-tier law college
- Prior internship experience with top-tier law firms or reputable companies is required
- Willingness to work from office in Bangalore
- Commitment of at least 3 months; extension possible based on performance and availability
Responsibilities
- Assist the litigation team with ongoing disputes, regulatory issues, and advisory work
- Prepare case summaries, brief notes, and draft legal pleadings
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutory provisions, and regulatory updates
- Coordinate with external counsels and attend hearings as needed
- Maintain trackers for case progress and timelines
- Gain exposure to civil, commercial litigation, and quasi-judicial proceedings
- Strong analytical and drafting skills preferred
