About the Internship

HUL is inviting applications for a Legal Internship with its Legal Team (Organised Trade and Sales Technology). The 4-week remote role offers exposure to the intersection of law, technology, and commercial operations while working closely with business teams.

Eligibility

• 3rd or 4th-year law students
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Interest in commercial, intellectual property, and technology laws

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts
• Advise on contractual, technology, and competition law issues
• Work on brand protection and counterfeiting projects on digital platforms
• Research IP, data privacy, and digital commerce issues
• Prepare internal notes, presentations, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales technology projects
• Monitor regulatory developments and business impact
