About the Opportunity

Finaurt seeks Legal Interns for its Gurgaon office. This on-site role provides practical experience in legal and compliance work, focusing on labour laws, agreements, and intellectual property.

Eligibility

• Law students or recent law graduates.
• Interest in labour laws and IP laws.
• Basic understanding of legal drafting and compliance.
• Good command of English and Hindi (spoken/written).
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a startup setting.

Responsibilities

• Draft/review labour compliance agreements, service agreements, and legal documents.
• Assist with labour law compliances, statutory returns, and registers.
• Support IP matters (trademarks, documentation, filings, hearings).
• Draft policies, terms & conditions, internal documents.
• Prepare/dispatch legal notices and handle day-to-day legal/compliance tasks.

Stipend, Mode & Location

• Stipend: Up to ₹12,000 per month.
• Work Mode: On-site (not remote).
• Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon, Haryana.
