About the Internship
This internship is designed for final-year law students passionate about financial law and dispute resolution. Interns will gain hands-on experience in legal research, client interaction, drafting, and business development, while working directly on real-world financial and legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws
• Draft settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence
• Liaise with financial institutions and clients for negotiations and dispute resolution
• Maintain legal documentation and prepare case summaries
• Stay updated on legal developments in debt recovery and financial laws
• Interact with clients to provide legal assistance
• Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients
Eligibility
• Final-year students pursuing BBA LLB (5-year) or LL.B. (3-year) programs
• Strong understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and financial disputes
• Excellent research, drafting, and client communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
• Fluency in Telugu (spoken & written) is mandatory
• Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana
• Business development skills are a plus
