Pioneer Legal has announced the appointment of Pracheta Redhu as Counsel in its Mumbai office, strengthening the firm’s corporate and regulatory advisory practice.

Pracheta brings over a decade of experience across leading Indian law firms and senior in-house roles, with deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and sector-focused regulatory advisory. Her experience spans high-growth and regulated sectors including edtech, fintech, digital media, technology, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and sports.

She joins Pioneer Legal from Dream Sports, where she served as Director – Legal, advising on complex transactional, regulatory, and strategic matters. Her combined law firm and in-house background enables her to deliver commercially pragmatic legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
