International Network for Trade, Advocacy, Development and Research (IN-TADR), launched February 6, 2026 at HNLU Raipur’s Pre-Summit Colloquium, addresses multilateral trading system challenges including digitalisation, climate measures, supply-chain reconfiguration, industrial policy revival, development asymmetries. Led by Centre for WTO & WIPO Studies, School of Law & Technology.
Vision and Objectives
Development-oriented platform supporting inclusive participation in international trade governance through research excellence, capacity-building, policy dialogue. Strengthens institutional capacity in trade law/policy, supports development-focused research, facilitates knowledge transfer, promotes youth engagement from developing countries.
Strategic Pillars
Trade capacity-building/training; collaborative research/policy briefs; policy dialogues with governments/organisations/industry; public-private engagement; youth mentorship/fellowships/career pathways.
Target Benefits

Membership Model
Non-profit, pro bono, inclusive network open to universities/law schools, research institutions/think tanks, law firms/policy organisations, civil society. Individual academics, policymakers, practitioners, researchers, early-career professionals, students with trade/development interest.
