Eligibility

Full-time students pursuing Five-Year/Three-Year LLB (final year preferred), UG/PG/MBA/PGDM in Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Management, Library Science, Mass Communication, HR, Social Work, Environmental Sciences, Business Environment, IT/Computer Science, Development Studies, Public Administration, AI, Cyber Security, Audit, Public Policy or related fields. Professional courses like CA, CWA, CS; final semester students with research projects (min 20 weeks); young professionals completed studies within last 6 months and unemployed.

Duration

Minimum 1 month, maximum 6 months based on performance and Internal Selection Committee recommendation. Can commence any day of calendar month per IICA needs; hybrid mode possible at discretion.

Internship Responsibilities

Review sustainability reports of top 500 Indian companies and extract information; collate per given format; undertake qualitative/quantitative research on sustainability matters.

Number of Interns

Limited to 10 per month, extendable to 15 with Competent Authority approval.

Stipend

Rs. 10,000 per month honorarium; claim monthly via HR with supervisor recommendation. Consolidated Rs. 5,000 if rent-free shared campus accommodation availed (food charges borne by intern). Unpaid possible per Internal Screening Committee.

Accommodation

Rent-free shared campus accommodation subject to availability; reduced stipend applies.

Certification

Certificate upon completion based on evaluation.
