The enforcement‑specialist legal‑intern position offers exposure to intellectual property law, licensing, and enforcement in a fast‑paced technology and design‑driven environment.
Eligibility
Candidates must be in 2nd year or above of a 3‑year LL.B. course, or 3rd year or above of a 5‑year integrated law degree. A genuine interest in intellectual property law, basic understanding of legal contracts, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, high attention to detail, and comfort working in a hybrid, fast‑paced team are required.

Hybrid work model at Noida, India.
Stipend
Paid internship; exact stipend amount will be discussed on call with the hiring team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, analysing, and summarising legal contracts related to intellectual property and licensing agreements.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, reports, and presentations related to IP and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Market Research) to assess unlicensed font usage or potential copyright infringement.
- Assist the legal team on enforcement actions and intellectual property issues.
- Create, organise, and maintain infringement case files with accurate documentation.
- Ensure adherence to strict timelines and regulatory compliance.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and team meetings to deepen knowledge of IP law and contracts.
