Treelife simplifies complex legal and financial challenges through Virtual CFO, Legal Support, Tax & Regulatory, and Global Expansion services. The transactions team internship provides hands-on exposure to live deals, regulatory work, and corporate matters.
Eligibility
4th-5th year LL.B. students with keen interest in transactional work.
Location and Mode
Offline at Mumbai office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in due diligence; support transaction and compliance processes; conduct legal research on corporate and transactional matters.
