Eligibility

Bachelor of Laws (LLB); minimum 5 years experience in contract management and bid process management.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate contracts (EOIs, SBDs, Concessionaire Agreements, MoUs, LoAs); manage end-to-end Bid Process Management and tender execution; prepare/review RFPs/RFQs/bid documents; conduct bid evaluation/clarifications; ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

Strong legal drafting/analytical skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple bids/deadlines; effective communication/stakeholder management; government project experience preferred.

Location

Pune.
