
About the Opportunity
North Eastern Council (NEC), Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region provides practical exposure to regional planning, socio-economic development, governance in North Eastern states. Interns contribute to projects while gaining insights into cultural, environmental, developmental dynamics.
Objectives
Hands-on experience in regional planning/development; apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios; foster young talent for mutual benefit.
Eligibility
UG students completed/appeared 2nd year exams (min 55% Class 12); PG/Research Scholars completed/appeared 1st year (min 55% graduation); fresh graduates within 6 months (60%+ cumulative). Reservations: 50% NER students, 50% women.

2 months.

Internship Structure
Assigned to departments/projects with mentor; project work, meetings, training, report submission.
Certification
Certificate upon successful completion with min 75% attendance, final report, possible seminar presentation.
