Swapnil brings over 14 years in the legal profession, having advised leading domestic and international clients on complex strategic and private equity transactions, with particular depth across financial services, insurance, and renewable energy. He also brings significant expertise in distressed acquisitions, including transactions under India’s corporate insolvency resolution framework.
