About the Opportunity
Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM), Ministry of Commerce & Industry hires contractual Young Professional (Law & IP). Posted primarily at Intellectual Property Office, New Delhi with possible visits to Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Nagpur offices.
Eligibility
Graduation/Postgraduation in Law or MBA International Business with domain knowledge. Desirable: Ph.D. in Law & IP. Minimum 1-year research experience in Law & IP, preferably IPR matters. Knowledge of legal drafting, rules/regulations, court replies required.
Duration
Initially 1 year, extendable annually up to 3 years based on performance.
Salary
₹70,000 per month (consolidated).
